Do you accept health insurance?

Logical Mental Health Services is currently accepting new clients with following in network health insurance including: First Choice Health, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington, Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield Washington.

If your insurance plan is not mentioned above, we are probably out of network with your insurance. We can provide superbills or medical receipts which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. For more information, we recommend contacting your insurance carrier and asking about out of network benefits/reimbursement. In addition to your insurance information, we also require you to submit another form of payment should your session not be covered by insurance as we cannot guarantee insurance coverage at the time of your visit. Please be sure to contact your insurance carrier to be informed of covered services.

Cost of services offered?

For detail cost of each service, please contact us and our provider will assess your needs and review this information with you after a free 15 minute phone consultation.

Good Faith Estimates?

In compliance with the “No Surprises Act” starting on 1/1/2022 “Good Faith Estimates” are available upon request and will be provided to all patients within 3 business days.

What ages do you treat?

Our board-certified Nurse Practitioner treats adult patients between the ages of 18 and 65.

Where do you practice?

Our provider is currently licensed in WA state with hopes to expand into other states in near future and Our office location is in Tacoma WA, however we are currently providing telemedicine visits. This means the patient needs to be physically located in WA State to receive treatment from our provider (this is the case for the majority of telehealth practices.)
